Interested in joining our network? It’s really quite easy, and you’ll get paid quarterly based on how long Quillfuel members spend on your site. Other than a little sign up paperwork and installing some javascript on your site, it’s effortless.

We do have a few criteria for Quillfuel sites. 1- You must be primarily producing culturally relevant content. This could be fiction, experimental work, journalism, photography, any form, so long as the motivation of your content is to engage readers on a meaningful level, rather than merely suck them in for page views. 2- Sites with overwhelming amounts of advertising don’t really fit our approach. We want to make it possible for readers to have great experiences, and in our experience, advertising generally doesn’t fall into that category. 3- Pornography? This is a tricky one, since we value artisitic exploration of all aspects of human experience and thought. At a minimum, content you publish must be legal in the jurisdiction in which you are based. We reserve the right to refuse admission to sites that seem to be pornographers in the sense of publishing material solely for the sake of sexual titillation. We’ll have to use the infinitely flexible definition provided by Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart—“I know it when I see it.” 4- You must be able to accept payment in U.S. dollars via whathaveyou.
